Foundational Breath & Stress Assessment
Service Description
This initial session is a gentle yet deeply informative starting point. Before we activate or deepen the breath, we first listen. In this session, we assess how your breath is currently functioning and how it reflects your lived experience. This session includes: • A guided evaluation of your breathing mechanics • Observation of breath rhythm, depth, and restriction • Nervous system awareness (stress response vs. regulation) • Exploration of current life themes, challenges, or intentions • Identification of emotional, physical, or energetic limitations • Education around how breath patterns mirror life patterns This is not a diagnostic session — it is an awareness-building and empowerment session. You’ll leave with: • A clearer understanding of how your breath supports or limits you • Insight into how stress, emotion, and habits show up in your body • A sense of safety and trust with the breathwork process • A personalized intention for future sessions This session creates the foundation for all deeper breathwork and coaching.
